            The above vessel has arrived MUMBAI on 11/3/2010 with import cargoes from ANTWERP, HAMBURG, GENOA, ABUDHABI and ex cargo of;

m.v. RICKMERS SEOUL       voy-268           From HOUSTON

            Consignees are requested to obtain delivery order on presentation of original Bill of Lading duly discharged.

            For cargoes fixed on liner under hook terms consignees are to place suitable vehicles to accept cargo under vessel’s hook. In the event of faiure to place suitable vehicles in time under vessel’s hook or if Mumbai port trust directing the shifting of cargo from quay to a storage area within the docks or later to other storage area nominated by the port the same will be undertaken by the consignees risk, liability, cost and consequences.

            Stamp duty is payable as per the directive of the superintendent of stamps.

            Consignees are also requested to note that the carriers and/or their agents are not bound to send individual notifications regarding arrival of the vessel or the good.
